3D printing service for businesses

MorphiCustom is the 3D printing service for businesses that need a tangible prototype fast, want a small series produced or are looking for a replacement part that is no longer sold. Within 48 hours a quote in your company name is in your inbox, and after payment you receive the invoice with a VAT breakdown.

Our 3D printing services for businesses

What businesses bring to us, from a single prototype to a repeat order in small series. Our business printing services are aimed at small companies and independents in particular: there is no minimum order and a single part is welcome too.

Prototyping

Test your design in the real world today. As a 3D printing prototype service we put a printed part in your hands, so design flaws show up before you invest in moulds or large production runs. Need to iterate? A revised version simply goes through the same route again, so within 2 to 4 working days once more.

Small-series production

Runs from 5 to a few hundred pieces, without tooling costs. From 5 pieces you automatically get a 10% volume discount, from 10 pieces 15%. We quote larger series sharply and to measure, planning included.

Replacement & legacy parts

Machine idle because a plastic part is no longer available? We reproduce replacement parts, even for equipment the manufacturer stopped supporting long ago. Supply a 3D model or the broken part; we will help you sort out the file.

Jigs, fixtures & tooling

Drill guides, positioning aids, soldering holders, test fixtures: custom tooling that fits your product and workbench exactly. In strong PETG, precisely to your dimensions, often cheaper than an hour spent hunting for an "almost fitting" off-the-shelf solution.

Give-aways & corporate gifts

A 3D-printed gadget with your logo stays on desks long after a pen has disappeared. Keychains, phone stands, cable clips or a miniature of your own product, in your brand colours, individually wrapped if you like.

Something else in mind?

Presentation models, scale-model parts, enclosures for electronics, signage: describe your application and we will work out a custom 3D printing solution, including advice on material and colour.

Ordering as a business

How it works for businesses

The same process as for consumers, with everything your bookkeeping needs. The five steps of on-demand printing apply to business orders too, with a quote in your company name and an invoice with a VAT breakdown.

1

Request in your company name

Choose "business" in the request form and enter your company name, plus your Chamber of Commerce number if you want it on the quote. Upload your file(s), share a link or describe the application and quantities.

2

Quote with VAT breakdown

Within 48 hours you receive a quote in your company name: unit price, volume discount, shipping and VAT neatly itemised. Ideal for internal approval.

3

Approval & payment

You approve online via the quote link and can pay right afterwards. As soon as the payment comes in, you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with a download link to your invoice, with VAT neatly itemised for your bookkeeping.

4

Delivery, repeat orders too

Delivery within 2 to 4 working days after payment, by PostNL within the Netherlands or pickup in The Hague. If your company is in the region, 3D printing in The Hague explains how pick-up works. Reordering? We keep your specifications on file, so a repeat order is just one message.

The maths

Why not buy a printer for the office?

A good 3D printer looks like a small investment, but the machine is only the beginning. Add filament stock (per colour, per material), calibration and maintenance, slicer know-how, failed prints and, above all: the hours of an employee who really has other work to do. For most companies that need something now and then, that is an expensive hobby.

We run a professional fleet of machines that is already calibrated, stocked and staffed. You only pay for what you order, failed prints are our risk, not yours. And if your demand grows, our planning simply scales with it.

Outsourcing to MorphiCustom means

  • No purchase, maintenance or depreciation of machines
  • No stock of filament in ten colours drying out in the cupboard
  • No slicer expertise needed within your team
  • Failed prints and wasted material are our risk
  • Professional quality control on every print
  • Fixed, predictable costs per part, easy to budget

Business in short

How our business 3D printing service works

Businesses use our 3D printing services for three things: a prototype that has to be on the table today, a small series without tooling costs, and replacement parts that are no longer sold anywhere. You supply an STL, OBJ or 3MF file, share a link or send a photo of the broken part. We print in PETG and think along about wall thickness, orientation and splitting a model that is larger than 350 x 320 x 325 millimetres.

Every request gets a custom quote in your company name, with unit price, volume discount, shipping and VAT listed separately. Once you approve, you pay online and receive the invoice with a VAT breakdown for your bookkeeping. The delivery time is stated in the quote: after payment your job is ready within 2 to 4 working days. In a hurry? Choose a rush order with a 25 percent surcharge.

Reordering takes one message. We keep your specifications on file, so a repeat order comes out exactly as it did last time. Looking for a custom 3D printing solution where no off-the-shelf product exists? Describe your application in the request form and we will let you know what is possible.

No off-the-shelf product

When a custom 3D printing solution fits

Sometimes the part you need simply does not exist. There is no part number to order and the closest alternative does not quite fit. That is the moment when having something made to measure is quicker than carrying on the search.

There is no standard size

The opening, the distance between two holes or the angle does not match any existing product. You give us the dimensions and the part is built around them, in the colour you choose.

The part is no longer made

The supplier has stopped, or the part is only sold as a complete module. With the broken one, a photo with a tape measure next to it and the dimensions that have to be right, a replacement can be made.

It is about small quantities

For a handful of pieces a mould is not worth it. Printing has no set-up cost per shape, so a run of ten is simply a run of ten, with a volume discount from 5 pieces.

How such a solution comes about depends on what you already have. If there is an STL, OBJ or 3MF file, it goes straight through the slicer. If you only have a sketch, a photo or a description of the application, we adapt an existing model or redraw the simple part. What you send us for that, and how it goes from there, is on having a 3D model made.

In both cases you receive a quote in your company name within 48 hours, stating what we are going to make and what it costs. Only once you approve and pay does the printer start.
