From toy webshop to our own 3D print studio
MorphiCustom is the custom print service by Morphitoys B.V. What began as printers running day and night for our own webshop has grown into a studio that prints for everyone, from hobbyist to business.
How it began
Morphitoys started as an online webshop selling toys and home accessories. We soon discovered the power of 3D printing: instead of buying in products and hoping they would catch on, we could design, test and produce ourselves, in exactly the numbers we needed. Before long our printers were running day and night for our own collection.
Then came the requests from outside. Whether we could "just quickly" reprint a broken part of a food processor. A cosplay helmet for a convention. Twenty keychains with a logo for a birthday. What started as a favour turned out to be a structural need: people have ideas and files, but no printer, or no appetite for the fiddly work that comes with it.
That is why there is now MorphiCustom: a separate service with its own platform, where you submit a request in two minutes and receive a fair quote within 48 hours. We have set up the on-demand printing process just as tightly as our own production, because that is exactly what it is.
What you can have made here
You can come to us for print work and for adapting models: we adapt existing files, redraw simple parts and print everything in PETG. Customers have replacement parts made, cosplay props, scale models and small series for their business. Our studio is based in The Hague; what that means for pick-up and delivery time is on 3D printing in The Hague.
Modern machinery, old-fashioned care
We print on Bambu Lab machines, with the H2D as our workhorse, because they combine the speed of modern production with the precision that custom work demands.

Our workhorse prints up to 350×320 mm per part, lightning fast and dimensionally accurate. Larger objects we split up cleverly and join professionally, so hardly any design is too big.
Production experience
We do not print now and then, we produce daily for our own collection. That routine shows in precisely calibrated machines, fresh and dry-stored filament and predictable delivery times.
Quality control
Every print is checked before shipping for layer adhesion, dimensions and finish. If something goes wrong through our process, we reprint for free or you get your money back. It is that simple.

3D printing does not have to be expensive or complicated. That is why we charge a transparent price per gram with no hidden costs, send quotes in which every euro is explained, and tell you honestly when something is not going to work, even before you pay.
And because we are makers ourselves, we like to think along with you. A wall that is just a touch too thin, a model that works better in two parts, a cheaper alternative for your application: you will hear it from us.
