Everything you want to know before you order

No! You can simply describe what you want, with a photo, sketch or description. We'll find a suitable model or adapt an existing one. Already have an STL, OBJ or 3MF? Then upload it straight away in the request form.

Our price is based on €0.19 per gram of PETG material. Small objects (a keychain, a clip) start from €8. Medium prints such as figures or holders come out at €15 to €30. Large objects such as helmets or cosplay props are quoted individually. Shipping is not included.

The calculator computes the exact volume of your STL file and estimates the weight based on 20% infill. That gives a good indication, but we set the final price in the quote, after running your model through our slicer (Bambu Studio), support material and print time count too.

Once you approve the quote and payment has been received, your print is ready within 2 to 4 working days. Large or complex objects may take a little longer, this is always stated in the quote.

Both are possible. You can pick up your print for free at our location in Den Haag (address follows with the quote). Prefer delivery? Then we ship it via PostNL, within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are stated separately in the quote.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the print. For small parcels, expect €4.50, and €6.95 for larger parcels. Larger shipments can cost more. We always state this honestly in the quote, with no surprises. We ship within the Netherlands.

Yes, choose "rush" in the request form (25% surcharge) or contact us via WhatsApp (+31 6 21 22 69 03). Rush is possible in most cases, but depends on the current print schedule.

Our maximum print volume is 350 x 320 x 325 mm (Bambu Lab H2D). Larger objects can be split into multiple parts and then professionally joined, the calculator automatically warns you if your model is larger.

We have a broad range of PETG filament: matte black, white, grey, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple and transparent. Choose your colour directly in the request form, if your colour isn't listed, just mention it; more is often possible.

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF and ZIP (and PNG/JPG as a reference photo). Have a different format? Send a message via the form or WhatsApp and we'll see what's possible.

Absolutely. Enter the desired quantity in the form. From 5 pieces you automatically get 10% volume discount, from 10 pieces 15%, you'll see this immediately in the price estimate and in the quote.

At the moment we only deliver within the Netherlands. Living in Belgium or Germany? Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll look at the options together.

Quality comes first for us. Is there a fault or deviation caused by our printing process? Then we fix it free of charge, a free reprint or a refund, your choice. Just send a photo via WhatsApp or email.

If you supply your own STL or 3D model, we print exactly what you provide. If the print fails due to a fault in the design itself, for example walls that are too thin, impossible overhangs, the wrong scale or a model that is not closed (non-manifold), that falls outside our responsibility. Unsure about printability? Ask us to check it beforehand and we'll look it over with you free of charge.

After submitting, you immediately get a personal tracking link (also by email). There you see the status in real time: from quote to payment, production and shipping, including track & trace once your parcel is on its way.
