What does a print cost?
No packages and no small print. You pay for the filament your print uses.

Prices include VAT. Shipping with PostNL costs € 4.50, or € 6.95 for a large parcel. Collection in The Hague is free.
Weights are approximate; the real weight comes from your file. At 20% infill, the default.

What does custom 3D printing mean with us?
Made to measure means you decide the size, the colour, the quantity and the model of your custom 3D prints. A holder fits your device exactly, a figure comes out as big as you want and a name or date can be worked into it. In one piece we print up to 350 x 320 x 325 mm, anything larger is printed in sections: see large 3D printing. Size, colour and quantity cost nothing extra in themselves: the price simply follows the weight, € 0.19 per gram of PETG with a minimum of € 6.00 per order. If you combine several colours in one print (up to 5), a surcharge for support and the purge tower may apply; with a multicolour 3MF file you see it straight away in the price estimate. You do not need a 3D file for that. Upload one if you have it, paste a link to a model you found online, or simply describe what you are after and add a photo or a sketch. Does a model still have to be made, or does an existing one need adapting so that it actually fits? Then having a custom 3D design made explains what you send us and what happens next.

Questions about custom 3D printing
How quickly do I get a custom print?
You get a quote within 48 hours, and after payment your print is ready within 2 to 4 working days. If a model still has to be drawn, you get the quote within 3 to 5 working days and it states the expected delivery time. In a hurry? A rush order gets priority at a 25 percent surcharge, if the print schedule allows.
Which material and which colours?
We print in PETG only: strong and slightly flexible. You choose from 47 colours and can combine up to 5 colours in one print; a surcharge for support and the purge tower may apply. See all colours under materials and colours. Why not PLA? Read PETG vs PLA.
Can I have a single piece or a small series made?
Yes. A single piece is fine, and you can order up to 999 pieces per request; the volume discount is applied automatically.
Can you remake an existing part to size?
Yes, if it is a simple part. Send a photo with a tape measure next to it and the dimensions that really have to be right; we redraw it and print it in PETG. Simple redrawing work costs a fixed amount from € 29.00 including VAT. How that works is explained on having a replacement part 3D printed.
What if my print is not right?
If something goes wrong on our side during printing, you get a free reprint or your money back; you choose. If you supply your own file, we print exactly what you send. Not sure your model will print well? Ask for a check beforehand. That costs nothing.
