Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all quotes and agreements of MorphiCustom, a trade name of Morphitoys B.V.. Version July 2026.

Article 1, Definitions and applicability

In these terms, MorphiCustom means: the 3D printing service of Morphitoys B.V., located at Zuidlarenstraat 57, 2545 VP Den Haag, Chamber of Commerce 97076686, VAT number NL867901500B01. Customer means: any natural person or legal entity that submits a request or enters into an agreement with us. These terms apply to all requests, quotes, agreements and deliveries. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing.

Article 2, Quotes and price indications

All quotes are without obligation and valid for 14 days, counted from the date of issue. After this period the quote may lapse or be repriced. Price indications from the online calculator or the request form are expressly indicative: the final price only follows in the quote, after we have checked the model in our slicer for print time, material usage and required support material. Obvious mistakes or clerical errors in quotes are not binding on us.

Article 3, Prices and VAT

All prices for consumers are in euros and include 21% VAT. VAT is specified in quotes and invoices. Shipping costs are stated separately and are not included in the unit price; pickup at our location in The Hague is free.

Article 4, Payment

Payment is made in full before production starts, via the online payment methods offered (such as iDEAL). As long as payment has not been received, the order is not scheduled and delivery periods do not begin. We therefore never print on account, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Article 5, Delivery time and delivery

The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment. This period is indicative and not a strict deadline; for large, complex or composite objects the period may differ, which we then state in the quote. Delivery takes place by pickup in The Hague or shipping by PostNL within the Netherlands. On shipment, the risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment of delivery; we pack every print carefully and sturdily.

Article 6, Customer-supplied files

If the customer supplies their own 3D file (or a link to an existing model), we print exactly what is supplied. The printability and suitability of the design are the customer's responsibility. If the print fails or deforms due to a property of the design itself, for example walls that are too thin, impossible overhangs, an incorrect scale or a model that is not closed (non-manifold), this falls outside our warranty and the payment obligation remains. Before printing we perform a basic check and warn about visible problems; on request we assess a design for printability free of charge. We only make changes to the design in consultation.

Article 7, Right of withdrawal

All our prints are made to the customer's specification (choice of model, material, colour, size and quantity). Under Article 6:230p(f)(1) of the Dutch Civil Code, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is therefore excluded: custom-made items cannot be returned. We point this out before the agreement is concluded. As long as production has not yet started, an order can be cancelled free of charge in consultation; any amounts already paid are then refunded.

Article 8, Warranty and reprint

We stand behind the quality of our print work. If a print shows a defect caused by our production process, such as poor layer adhesion, delamination, a serious dimensional deviation from the file or damage before shipment, the customer is entitled, at their choice, to a free reprint or refund. Report a defect within 14 days of receipt by email or WhatsApp, with a clear photo. Visible layer lines, minor imperfections on support surfaces and slight colour differences between filament batches are inherent to 3D printing and do not count as a defect.

Article 9, Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, downtime or damage from the use of printed objects. Printed parts are not certified for safety-critical applications (such as load-bearing structures, medical devices or parts on which personal safety depends); use for such purposes is entirely at the customer's own risk. Nothing in this article limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

Article 10, Intellectual property and licences

The customer warrants that they are entitled to (have) the supplied model printed and that doing so does not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, licence terms of model platforms (such as non-commercial licences) and trademark rights. The customer indemnifies us against third-party claims in this regard. Supplied files remain the property of the customer; we use them solely to carry out the order and delete them in accordance with our privacy statement. We may only show a delivered print as sample work with the customer's permission.

Article 11, Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. We always try to resolve complaints and disputes together first, please contact us for this. If we cannot reach a solution, the competent court in the district where Morphitoys B.V. is established has jurisdiction, unless the law mandatorily designates another court.
